As the subject says. Can someone who has a feel for the various tides and currents affecting the marketplace explain to me the dramatic drop in hybrid decryptor prices over the last few months?

3. Safe distance from POS? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Is there such a thing as a "safe" distance for an uncloaked ship to warp to from a hostile POS so that it won't be insta-popped? And if so, I assume that I would have to first make the bookmark with a cloaked ship?
